Residential II

Our Residential II Portfolio I is comprised of residential solar energy systems located in Southern California's Inland Empire.   We own 100% of the membership interest in the Residential Portfolio Project Entity that will own these residential solar systems. These residential solar energy systems are leased to our customers under long-term lease agreements.
